Our body stores fat in adipose tissue, which is made up of specialised cells called adipocytes. Adipocytes are able to expand and shrink as they store or release fat, respectively.

When you consume more calories than your body needs, the excess energy is stored in adipose tissue as triglycerides, which are composed of glycerol and fatty acids. Triglycerides are stored in adipocytes as droplets of fat. As you continue to consume more calories than you burn, the adipocytes will continue to expand in size to accommodate the additional fat storage.

When you need energy, such as during exercise or periods of fasting, the adipocytes release the stored triglycerides into the bloodstream to be used as fuel. This process is known as lipolysis.

So now we know to lose more stored fat in our body, it's not just fasting there are more other ways to get that stored fat released into the bloodstream. And consuming foods more than the body needs is one of the main issues that we end up having more fat stored in our body.

A combination of a balanced diet, workout , exercise and a fasting which is suitable for you could help you achieve the target of losing weight and it is important that you must talk to a qualified health care professional before proceeding with any kind of fasting.

Keep fighting for your dreams folks !!!
